Valley View consists of four adjacent self-contained flats. They look out over the Lynher Valley with extensive far-reaching views. Each flat has been designed to enable individuals to be as self-managing as possible. They are equipped with a fully fitted kitchenette, spacious wet room with integral shower, bedroom and lounge/diner.
Valley View is able to promote independence whilst still having the safeguard of 24 staff support being available through assistive technologies.
The team of staff are trained to a very high standard within the accredited positive behaviour support frameworks.
