@thepark, (Bowden Derra Park Limited) was founded in 1982 by David Cash and his late wife Judy. David is a Director who is actively involved in the day to day operations of the service.

They had a vision to provide a facility for people with a learning disability that was a ‘home for life’. Such was their enthusiasm, that over the years the provision has gone from strength to strength and provides accommodation for individuals with many different needs.

Development of @thepark has seen a variety of new and exciting challenges presented. The diversity of what @thepark offers compliments its uniqueness and is ‘far from ordinary’.

Currently, @thepark offers commissioned services to individuals with a wide range of needs including learning disability, physical disability, acquired brain injury, dementia, sensory impairment, mental health and nursing care.

Along with excellent residential and nursing care, @thepark can provide individualized person-centered care and support. There is an opportunity to meet every need.
