Shift Pattern: 2-week rota (7 days per fortnight)

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic cook to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys preparing nutritious meals and creating a welcoming dining experience for service users and staff.
Working a consistent 2-week shift pattern, you’ll benefit from structured hours and every other weekend off, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals for service users and staff

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times

Work collaboratively with care and café staff to meet individual dietary requirements

Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and positive dining experience
About You

Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment preferred

Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (Food Hygiene Certificate desirable)

Ability to cater for different dietary needs

A team player with a positive and caring attitude

Reliable, punctual, and well organised
